Flood Damage Report in Tuban District Lahj
Emergency Report on Damages Caused by Heavy Rains and Floods in Lahj

Lahj Governorate, home to 2,536 internally displaced families living in camps, witnessed heavy rains and floods on Saturday, August 10, 2024.

According to the report of the Executive Unit for the Management of IDP Camps, this resulted in severe damage to shelters, non-food items, and food supplies for more than 158 displaced families in Ateera Camp. The situation in the camp is catastrophic. Therefore, we urgently appeal to all humanitarian organizations for immediate intervention.
