Report – Cold weather causes deaths in Marib, middle Yemen
According to the reports coming from the GHO and the Protection Department of the Executive Unit in Marib Governorate, a number of deaths and some health effects that were caused by the cold weather
increased its spread during the months of November and the first half of December in the displacement.
Injuries details
– 4235 cases of upper respiratory tract infections, most of them women, children and the elderly.
– 2099 cases of lower respiratory tract infections, most of them women, children and the elderly.
Infection of 1867 cases of rheumatism, most of them women, children and the elderly.
-3425 cases of nasal influenza were infected, most of them are women, children and the elderly.
– 543 cases of whooping cough were infected, most of them are women, children and the elderly.
– 433 cases of diarrhea, mostly women, children and the elderly.
