Yemen Displacement Tracking Report (DTR) For JUNE 2022
Between 01 January to 30 June 2022, the Executive Unit tracked 5,942 households (32,807 individuals) who displaced internally from 21 different governorates and distributed across 11 governorates.
According to the report of the Executive Unit for the Management of IDP Camps, From 01 – 30 June 806 households (4,572 individuals) were displaced, including 699 households (4,077 individuals) who were uprooted for the first time, and 107 households (495 individuals) who experienced displacement for the second time.
Most of these IDP households (%38) left for Marib Governorate and (%40) of them were displaced to Ad Dali, Shabwah and Taiz, while (%22) households arrived to the governorates of Al Hodeidah, Abyan, Aden, Al Mahrah and Hadramawt.
During the same period, 01 – 30 June 2022, the Executive Unit monitored 30 households (122 individuals) who had left their current displacement areas.
The Executive Unit also tracked IDP returnees to their places of origin, it was recorded that 160 households (696 individuals) returned to their places of origin in June 2022.
